Generative art

Between November 2021 and December 2023 I made 46 generative projects on fx(hash). Almost all of them are written in p5.js, by hand, line by line.

This is work from before the age of AI. Whenever I got stuck with the code, I turned to my friends, and I'm grateful to every one of them who helped me out. Even so, each piece was a real challenge: figuring out the maths, the structure and the bugs. Go through them in order and you can see how my work progressed.

Some of these I made together with friends: Joe Chain (Lemmings, Shapely Crew, Super Unbelievable Fall at Dawn), Waxheadart (Comics), Aleksandra Jovanić (Screw Emotions) and speedy_milan (la bande dessinée, Glitch I).

One of them, Kolorfon, also exists as a physical installation. Here I built a digital version of it.
